SplitPadNG is an online platform that connects landlords listing properties with tenants seeking flexible weekly rentals in Nigeria. By creating a landlord account, you agree to these terms in full.
All property listings must be accurate and up to date. Misleading listings — including false images, wrong location, or hidden costs — will result in immediate removal and possible account suspension.
The weekly rate you set must cover all costs associated with the property, including maintenance, repairs, utilities (if included), and general upkeep. You are solely responsible for keeping the property in a safe and habitable condition. You may not charge tenants any additional fees outside of the platform.
SplitPadNG deducts a commission (currently 5%) from every successful rent payment before crediting your payout balance. The service fee paid by the tenant is retained entirely by the platform and is not part of your earnings.
Earnings are held in escrow for a hold period after tenant check-in before becoming available for withdrawal. Payouts are processed to your registered Nigerian bank account. A small processing fee applies per withdrawal.
SplitPadNG reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any landlord account found to be in violation of these terms, receiving repeated complaints, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
We collect your name, email, phone number, bank account details, and property information solely to operate the platform. Your data is never sold to third parties. All payouts are processed via Paystack (PCI-DSS compliant) — we do not store sensitive card or banking credentials beyond what is necessary for payouts. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@splitpadng.com.
